Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Akrishi, operated by Shriji Trading Company. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Times All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume agricultural seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the products and your delivery pin code.

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 Business Days (Estimates may vary depending on location)

Important Note on Agricultural Chemicals: Due to government regulations and carrier safety protocols, many liquid fertilizers and pesticides are classified as hazardous materials and must be shipped via surface transport (ground shipping). They cannot be shipped via air freight. This means deliveries to certain remote or rural pin codes may take longer than standard e-commerce deliveries. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Akrishi is not responsible for any local taxes, octroi, or entry levies applied to your order at the state border. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Restricted Shipping Areas Certain chemical products (such as specific categorized pesticides) may be legally restricted from being sold or shipped to specific states or regions in India. If you place an order for a product that we are legally prohibited from shipping to your pin code, we will cancel that portion of your order, notify you immediately, and issue a full refund for the restricted item.

6. Damages and Lost Packages Shriji Trading Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives with visible, physical damage to the exterior packaging that has caused the product to leak or spill, please refuse the delivery if possible, or take clear photos of the unopened package and contact us immediately.
