We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the manufacturer’s seal unbroken and fully intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as clear photographic evidence of the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within the 3-day window) if the item is physically damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note: We strictly only accept returns for transit-damaged or incorrect items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned. We absolutely do not accept returns for any agricultural chemicals (such as pesticides or fertilizers) where the manufacturer's seal has been broken, tampered with, or removed, or if the product has been partially or fully used.
Furthermore, as a retailer, we do not accept returns or provide refunds based on claims related to product quality, field performance, efficacy, or crop reaction. Any grievances regarding product quality must be directed strictly to the original manufacturer using the contact details provided on the product packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that a refund will only be provided after we have physically received and inspected the returned product at our facility to verify the damage or error. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
