IN THE EVENT THAT ANY JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OR THE EXACT PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
